Quinoa and wild rice, roasted butternut squash and cherry tomato, raisins, feta and toasted nuts

Marinated tofu and sprouting bean and broccoli salad with ginger dressing

Baby leaves, mange tout, broccoli, seaweed, shiitake mushrooms and sesame seeds

Buckwheat noodle, cashews, rainbow vegetable salad with tamari dressing
