Afternoon Tea

Afternoon tea can provide a lovely alternative to a cold buffet to suit many occasions.

A selection of cocktail sandwiches with various fillings:

Honey roast ham and English mustard; Herbed chicken with lemon mayonnaise and baby leaves; Smoked salmon with dill butter; Free range egg and cress; Cucumber and chive cream cheese

A selection of small cakes:

Such as Eclairs, Bakewell tarts, Cream and fruit filled meringues, Fruit tarts

Cookies and shortbread OR Scones with jam and cream

Assorted teas and filter coffee
